The grievance redressal cell of Civil Supplies Department aims to make the Public Distribution System corruption free and more efficient. This portal provides facility to register complaints. It also facilitates centralized process for category based routing of all the complaints to the concerned authority and convenience to the authority in grievance rederessal. Complaints can be uploaded with maximum evidence (including audio, video clippings). Please note that legal proceedings will be initiated against those who upload wrong information. Process for monitoring of complaints is included and complainant feedback mechanism is available for improving the resolution efficiency.
